PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN THE RECEIPT OF RESUMES
Plastin Indústria e Comércio Tintas Vernizes Ltda is committed to the protection of personal data. For this reason, all personal information is handled and protected in full compliance with Law No. 13.709/18 - General Data Protection Law (LGPD), aiming to protect the fundamental rights of freedom, intimacy, privacy, and the free development of the personality of the natural person.
This document aims to record your FREE, INFORMED, AND UNAMBIGUOUS CONSENT for your personal data to be processed for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying out actions related to the receipt of resumes, their evaluation and selection, and for eventual recruitment to participate in admission processes for the workforce of Plastin.

We will use your personal data only for:

Management, monitoring, and follow-up of recruitment and selection processes in which you are enrolled, participating, or wish to participate;

Sending emails or messages regarding confirmation of participation in selection processes, scheduling dates for tests and interviews, as well as their conclusion.
We do this: (i) based on your consent; (ii) for the fulfillment of legal or regulatory obligations; (iii) to ensure your safety and prevent fraud; (iv) to allow Plastin to exercise its rights; and (v) to pursue our legitimate interests.
Which Personal Data will be processed?
Plastin commits to using the information voluntarily provided by you, considering the nature and purpose of submitting your resume:

Identification Data: Full name, photograph, date of birth, age, gender, contact telephone number, email, residential address, and zip code;

Professional Data: Educational level, educational institution, courses, professional experience, languages, qualifications, skills, salary expectations, and professional social media links (e.g., LinkedIn);

Diversity Data: Declaration of ethnic origin and declaration of person with disabilities (PwD), collected exclusively for diversity and inclusion programs;

Assessments: Results of technical, behavioral, or profile tests and assessments intended to evaluate your knowledge and aptitudes.
Plastin does not collect sensitive information (philosophical or political beliefs, union affiliation, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, etc.), except when necessary to promote diversity or due to legal obligations, in which case it will be processed under strict security.
How will my information be used and protected?
We adopt technical and administrative measures to keep your personal data secure and protected from unauthorized access, accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, or alteration, in compliance with applicable information security legislation.
How long will my information be kept?
Plastin will keep your resume stored in its database for a period of 01 (one) year. After this period, or in the event of revocation of consent, the processing of personal data shall terminate, and the data will be completely deleted from the database, except in cases where Plastin must maintain them to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations. In the event of hiring, the data will be kept under a new legal basis related to the employment contract.

Will my information be shared?
